DOWNLOAD AND SIGN UP
Downloading is as simple as searching for the Primo Loop for Business app in the App Store. The app is free.
Then, you can sign up using just your mobile number or with an email identifier. The account is free for sign up. No credit card needed!
On your first log in, we guide you through a very streamlined onboarding process that is super easy to follow. Now you are in and ready to publish your first smart message!
START PUBLISHING
Publishing a smart message is equivalent to composing and sending an email. First you decide what you want to publish based on what is your business objective. Want to drive more sales to your business? A promo smart message is perfect for that. Want to drive more registrations to a sales or marketing event? An event smart message is perfect for that. Want to inform your members about a new product you just launched? A post smart message is perfect for that.
Want to drive more potential buyers to your real estate listing? A residential listing smart message is perfect for that. And finally: Want to drive more interested parties to your rental listing? A rental smart message is perfect for that.
GROW MEMBERSHIP
As a convenience to all of our business customers and members, we have two pre-built loops. The first is called the General loop. Members know to first look for General loop of a business they are interested. This is probably the loop you want to first focus on getting more members to join.
The second loop is called the Nearby loop. If your business has a physical location your Nearby loop is automatically enabled for you. Smart messages published to this loop are automatically delivered to all members based on their real time location. Say your business is on 123 Mail Street in Bellevue, WA. And, a member happens to be ½ mile from your location. They will be able to see a last-minute happy hour promotion you published to the Nearby loop. It is super cool. Check it out for yourself to experience the new power in your hands.

Terminology
SMART MESSAGES
Every message businesses publish to members in Primo Loop is referred to as a Smart Message (abbreviated as SM). Promotions, Events, Posts, Residential Listings and Rental Listings
BUSINESSES
All publishers of smart messages on Primo Loop are referred to as Businesses. Any person, company or government agency can become a publisher on our network.
MEMBERS
Primo Loop consumer users are referred to as members. Members are comprised of customers and prospects of a given business. When they join a business’s loop we refer to this as “becoming a member” of that loop.
GENERAL LOOP
Every business on Primo Loop has a built-in loop named ”General loop”. This is typically the most popular loop of the business and the one members know to look up first. By having a well-known General loop for each business, we make it easy for businesses and members to immediately start receiving the benefits of the Primo Loop service.

LOOPS
Businesses publish smart messages to loops. “Loop” represents a topic of interest. Example: “Wine-lover loop”. Loops are comparable to email lists, except, loops are self-opted in or out by members thereby eliminating any maintenance overhead on the part of businesses.
NEARBY LOOP
All members are automatically joined to a special loop named “Nearby loop”. Businesses that have a physical location will reach members within a 5-mile radius of their location by publishing to its Nearby loop. This is an ideal loop to publish last-minute deals to people who are literally located within 5 miles.
